 Consumers, especially those who are pensioners, low income families and hard workers, need to know what to do and how to handle these situations.  As such, I will do everything possible to encourage the media to follow up and provide consumers with as much detail and information as possible.  Even if it means my swearing at the Engineer does discredit me a little.  It's the first time I've sworn at someone!

I called Kerry-Anne at 2GB a few weeks ago (February I think) about our shocking incident. 

Since the Mallesons Letter of 29 March:

29 March 2001 3:55 PM, spoke with Graham Richardson at 2GB who said that this thing is shocking and shouldn't go on.  Graham seemed to want to do interviews and get more detail on this story.  2GB took my contact details and I gave them this web address.

29 March 2001 4:02 PM spoke with John Healy at Today Tonight (Channel 7) and told him the story. John thinks consumers need to know and need to know what to do.  Hopefully they will do a story.
