This is a notice for payment for the following resources being procured by our company on this day to replace damaged resources caused by your Employee "Brian" on 1 February 2001 at approximately 16:46 hours. This notice is an Invoice and is Due and Payable immediately. This notice does not serve to be a total of all claims. It is a notice served for costs of equipment sourced from one supplier only. Further claim notices for resources will be supplied as each supplier provides final details and their quotations are accepted. This payment is DUE NOW. REPLACEMENT PARTS: TOTAL for this notice $2000.00 If you have any further issues relating to this matter they should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Breakfast Bytes Pty Limited, PO BOX 174 Roseville NSW 2069 and sent by fax to 02 8825 6199 who will ensure that Mr. Todd provides as an immediate response as possible.
