A few people have asked me about revoking licence to enter property.]

ACCESS PROCEDURE NOTICE

ATTENTION INTEGRAL ENERGY OR ANY ASSIGN.

Pursuant to notice dated 1 February 2001
issued to and acknowledged by Simon Draper, General Manager Customer Care.

  1. Request the CEO of Integral Energy write a letter to the account holder requesting permission for access stating your full name, your employee number, a copy of your photoID, your supervisors name and the exact time (with a ten minute window) and date of your access requirement and the purpose for access
  2. Fax the letter to 02 8825 6199
  3. A letter authorising access will be faxed back granting or denying access. It might also state a different date and time. If you do not attend during that time, you will not be offered the opportunity to gain access again for a period of not less than 14 days.
  4. Please note that if the purpose for access is stated deceptively or fraudulently Integral Energy will be held liable under the Vicarious Liabilities Act for a damages claim of not less than $10 million dollars.

 

WARNING

ANY TAMPERING TO ANY PART OF THIS PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN CHARGES UNDER THE NSW CRIMES ACT BEING MADE.

YOUR PRESENCE ON THIS PROPERTY IS NOW TRESPASS YOU HAVE NO LICENCE TO BE ON THIS PROPERTY.

YOU SHOULD NOW LEAVE THE PROPERTY BY THE MOST DIRECT ROUTE AND NOT RETURN UNTIL YOU HAVE A LICENCE TO RETURN ISSUED BY THE OCCUPANT.
