Dear Ms. Petre,

I have not received any written notification from EWON or Integral indicting that Integral have refused to pay in advance my standard commercial fee of 4 hours at $396 per hour for my supervisory time spent with the requested Loss Assessor. A Copy of the letter sent to you from EWON was promised to me on 27 March 2001.

In our telephone conversation at 1:38 PM on Tuesday March 27, with Anne and Keith on your hands free phone, you stated you would have your decision and report sent to me by fax by no later than end of business the next day. You also stated that you were required to follow due process and we discussed at extent the meaning of and options of due process. This was to allow you the widest possible scope in forming a final and potentially binding decision. You stated to me, you would not form a final decision, due to the fact that Integral will not pay for potentially liquidated costs.

It is now March 29, two days later and we have not seen you report. This again brings into question your independence in this matter, as I have discussed with you before. The delays brought by yourself and Integral are not commercially acceptable.

Be on notice that all future telephone calls to or from this office may be recorded without any additional notice. This notice serves to comply with all relevant legislation and High Court Rulings.
