Re: Breakfast Bytes Pty Limited –vs- Integral Energy, Liability and Damages Claim

Thank you for your call today to introduce Dr. Kevin Walsh. Having reviewed his web site, being the only information we were able to find about Dr Walsh, I note that his expertise are in high voltage electrical systems and not in small and discrete electronic systems. This may make him unsuitable as an assessor. I wish to reiterate again that the assessor will need to understand and be able to assess the causation of the damage as well as the affect of the damage. Causation is what the Integral Energy Employee did, affect is what is now happening.

Prior to the attendance of any party to the address concerned I am required to obtain a signed agreement of non disclosure as set out on the next page. You may make copies of the next page for each person who would fall into the category of being able to access information, review information or obtain information about myself, my family or the premises. As you are aware from our previous discussions our child was kidnapped two years ago and until now, our location has been total discrete and protected. We have concerns about the safety and wellbeing of our children.

If any party, current or past, is unable to comply with this non disclosure they are required to provide me with a statutory declaration stating that all records of any nature have been destroyed and that any details they may recall from memory will be kept totally confidential and not disclosed to any party at any time.
