complaint_Message	:	Refer to EWON file. Require EWON to arrange a Loss Assessor to attend premises at an arranged time to determine quantum of damages, past, present and future. Note that currenlty standby technical services are applicable and being accumulated at a rate of $99 per hour 24 hours a day seven days a week. Integral has shown no intent to minimise or resolve this matter.
